Appearance: Originally a fairly typical blonde girl, above average model quality looks, but not screaming "Exemplar". Gender change occurs in story during Winter Combat Finals (due to burnout induced during final). Above average blonde boy after change, again model quality but not screaming "Exemplar". Pre-change confident appearance, post-change a bit unsure of himself and getting used to his new appearance.

General Description: Fairly unspectacular Fall term at Whateley as a mental exemplar. During Combat Final makes use of undisclosed aspect of her power over a much larger area than previously used triggering a mild burnout. Gender change occurs during recovery.

Powers: Standard Exemplar 2 mental abilities and Exemplar 1 physical abilities, combined with non-exemplar related Eidetic Memory (pre-manifestation). Undisclosed Esper 2 ability - can "see" a 2D map of surrounding area complete with location of individuals in real-time. Use of power is reliable but does require a bit of concentration to keep track of individuals. Range is limited to 1000 ft radius and one plane (floor) at a time, but he can do different floors one at a time. Because of his Eidetic Memory, it lets him create an accurate 3D map of his surroundings, and even periodically update locations of people within range, floor by floor. Burnout occurs because he strains his range limit during Combat Final. Power levels do not change because of burnout, and range is a hard limit on his power. Gender change is due in part to BIT, and in part because he has a crush on Fey pre-change and it is a means for his body to reconcile with his feelings.

Skills: Mother works for US NavInt and father is US Army Special Forces (currently deployed overseas), and he has learned a great deal about Intelligence and Tactics because of that. Because of background and Combat Final, noted by Deadeye and put on "watch for potential recruitment" list.

Personality: Is fairly reticient to speak up, except when prompted. Is very confident in the areas that he is good in, and tries to always give the bare minimum when prompted for inputs, except with those he trusts. Because of his parents' work, he is very suspicious of people who pry into his background or about personal information, until he decides that they can be trusted. Initially is confused because he is attracted to Fey, even though he thought that he was straight prior to burnout. Now that he is a male, he is having difficulty reconciling his new status with his old, though it does ease his mind about being attracted to Fey. He's just having trouble with the whole "male" part.

Weaknesses: Normal baseline vulnerabilities. Psychological insecurity when outside of knowledge base.

Appearance: Non-descript and average appearance. Loves to annoy people just to get a rise out of them, and has a problem with authority. Also dislikes gangs from his time being in one, and he distrusts gang-minded individuals. The main reason behind his problem with authority stems from his being bored and unchallenged both at school and at home.

General Description: Parents are classical pianist and a music teacher. Taught piano and classical music from a young age. Ran away from parents and hooked up with a street gang, where he learned lockpicking and knife and pistol fighting. Caught by police and sent back to parents, who decide he needs more discipline. Passes grade school with ease, even though he missed a full year of school. Parents have him tested for intelligence and during test starts playing music, revealing himself as a mutant. Tester has worked with mutants before and recommends Whateley.

Powers: Has the ability to reproduce any music he has heard before by vibration of the air molecules within range. Has specialized Eidetic Memory, in that he can perfectly remember any music he has heard before (Hence the Ex 2m classification, baseline human physically) . Empathic ability to influence emotions of people through music. Can turn influence on and off, but cannot control the emotion or the target (all hearing music). Emotion generated is tied to music being played. Can play music within any distance up to maximum range (one block at entry into Whateley) at a constant volume up to loud (but not obnoxiously loud - comparable to a boombox at 10). Eventually learns to selectively target defined areas (such as a single room in a building) but not at start. Uses ability to annoy people by playing appropriate music near them (such an the Baby Elephant Walk or the Jaws theme)

Skills: Skilled at picking locks (mechanical and electronic), skilled at dirty fighting and knife fighting, fairly good with a pistol

Personality: Annoying and sarcastic street punk (think a more mature Bart Simpson crossed with Brian Griffin). Sent to Whateley to keep him out of gangs. Also dislikes gangs from his time being in one, and he distrusts gang-minded individuals. The main reason behind his problem with authority stems from his being bored and unchallenged both at school and at home. Gets along great with Link, who he sees as a sort of kindred spirit.

Weaknesses: Baseline vulnerabilities aside from good resistance to loud noises (lots of loud music without loss of hearing). Use of powers for prolonged periods leave him physically drained.
