Well, they consider themselves atheists anyway. Like they're giving God the silent treatment or something.

I really don't mind if ANYONE uses my characters, as long as they give me a heads-up that they are going to use them. It might inspire me to write more about them, either to rewrite what happens to that character and make it somewhat Nocte-canon or write something to dispute the characterization.
Here's a background character for Hawthorne:
Faraday: ESP-3 (omniglot) ESP-1 (Receives radio transmissions). Male, possibly het. In Hawthorne because he can't tune into just one station and hears them all, so he's in a Faraday caged room. Used to have a Faraday suit, but someone decided it would be funny to rip it. He ended up clutching his ears and screaming for the noise to just stop. End goal is to find somewhere quiet, either on the Moon or on the Kuiper Belt. (He tried the United States National Radio Quiet Zone, but then found out that he could hear all the allowed noise like the emergency services band). He's stuck in his room which looks pretty normal except for the "Airlock" and the fact that there is nothing pinned up on the walls. There is stuff on the walls, but he has to use things like blu-tack to stick them up.
If you use NGMA, it might be a good idea to have him visit Faraday every now and then, mostly so they can have massive hourlong discussions in 30 seconds using Clickwise or some other hyper-condensed language.

**I am willing to share my characters, please tell me first**
Procella Veniet (PV) (Whateley Class 2007-11 - Female) EX-1(GSD minor), TK-2ae, EN-1e
Name: Regina Legio
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 101lbs
Age (Date of birth): 20 Dec 1992
Hair: Dark brown
Eyes: Gold
Build/body type: Average
Race/Ethnicity/Religion: Italian
Place Of Birth: Wilkes Barre, PA
Appearance: Straight hair which falls over her upper back and shoulders graces a face with high cheekbones and a pointed chin. A well developed figure for a teen (no exemplar interference on that account) is clad in dark but otherwise age appropriate clothing.
General Description: Regina is mostly a filler character, her powers are flashy but not especially effective (at least when thinking inside the box). She could fall into just about any clique once she meets people at school. When she takes Basic Martial Arts class (and the winter weapons class), she will try to get a big a** intimidating weapon, like a scythe.
Powers: PV's eyes are backlit, glowing in the dark. She also no longer has a larynx. PV's telekinesis simulates her speaking with the voice of the legion; and since this is a TK effect, the voices can be centered on her or spread and moving around a room (when spread out, she has no control over their placement so this is not effective for ventriloquism). With a great deal of practice and concentration, she will eventually be able to have her many voices say more than one thing at a time and speak in multiple languages (which she knows well enough) at the same time. The voice(s) are somewhat harsh sounding and have a somewhat booming quality which travels and is hard to ignore. PV is able to hover about one or two feet above the ground and levitate at two to five mph. PV is also able to spark gaps (Jacob's ladder) which move about the surface of her body, especially her hair which stands on end while this effect is active. The sparks can cause pain in others, but are low enough voltage to not do any significant damage. The glowing eyes and voice effect are always active, the sparks and floating are on command.
Skills: At the time of her admittance, Regina knows enough Italian to speak to her grandparents, and has taken about six months of belly dancing classes.
Personality: As soon as she moves into Whitman and everyone gets used to her specific quirks, Regina will become one of the girls. She is aware, however, that her powers can be very intimidating when used together and has no problem taking advantage of this when upset.
Weaknesses: Normal human weaknesses, can't speak softly.
