I had to do my shopping today and by the time I got home I was wiped out. (four hour round trip) I plumb forgot to post anything at all for October 1st. I'll get something up tomorrow.

So, I forgot. Why don't we allow you a few 'get out of jail free' cards for things like this?

I mean, seriously, everyone else gets to: miss deadlines, weasel out of past improper acts, drop $400 million in bad mortgage loans down a toilet, the usual. I really appreciate your dedication, but you have to take a day off ONCE in a while.

Well if you must know. I was with a girl and completely forgot. Rather than rush an update out this time I'll just post both stories Sunday. If you all can wait that long. I have another chapter of Maiden. And Bek fired off a story about "Movie night" with Team Kimba. Can't be 100% certain till I read through it as I edit it for publication but I'm sure its' going to be a fun read.

Sounds good enough to me, Warren. There's no reason you have to explain taking a day off, you work hard enough on this site as it is.

You're not really doing it to be paid, so I don't see why we can't wait a few more days so you can enjoy your SO time.

Well, I've made no secret of the fact that one thing that annoys me about some of the other sites, is not keeping the users/clients in the loop. So I try to keep you all in the loop.

Don't worry Warren, missed updates aren't a problem just so long as you keep us informed. Hope you enjoyed your day off Smile

Also, its good to catch up with Team Kimba again, something to look forward to.

Has there been another writer muse strike?

Sad

On the other hand, if Warren is out with a girl again, then .... Crying or Very sad we will simply have to wait till he gets back Crying or Very sad ...

P.S. Warren - this is not a critique, it is just a comment, as we do appreciate all the time that you can spare for this site. Smile

After all, the real world has to come first.

P.P.S. Any chance for more large smilys?
