01jan12: And welcome to Y2K-Mayan-Style. The long-count's behind us; now we're waiting for the calendar to rollover and play dead... Added "Spring and a Young Squirrel's Fancy", extended Saks and Abyss (part 5/6? So far it's all part-5 in the Authors Corner).

11dec11: Added Saks and Violence, over in the Authors Corner. As long as subsequent installments show up in the same message thread, I'll just keep bumping the end-date along as parts show up. It's all informal until we get ftp/ssh access to the whole site back anyway.

05dec11: Added part 5 of Abyss, over in the Authors Corner.

20nov11: Added "To Know Your Heart", yet another tucked-away goodie by Starwolf 10-5'd by Diane Castle.

19nov11: Added Top Gear Teaser, another goodie tucked away in the Authors Corner.

08nov11: While Warren has problems getting into the main site, our kind and generous Canon Cabal are posting some more of our Whateley fix into the Authors Corner of the forums. I stalled, worrying about how to set that up without shredding the format; then I realized that I'd already accommodated external links in the script in allowing for possible fanfic. The hyperlinks will change once the FTP problems are straightened out and front-page posting resumes. Added: "VAMP" and "Wednesday Morning 5AM" (S&G +2h?)

I haven't checked lately to see if the following date issues are still valid. Life is noisy; deal with it.

05oct11: we're up to Abyss4, and Drunkfu was kind enough to furnish an appropriate pink in the graphic at the bottom of the chapter, so... Tagged as 'Josh' for now but subject to change whenever hir codename is revealed.

CTT7 is still off by a year; no wonder Abyss4 can't make up its mind whether it ends on a Monday or a Tuesday.

The usual: This is an HTML file; view it in a browser. If you're worried about naughtiness, view it in a text editor first. The styling calls out two graphics from the crystalhall.org site; if you're not online when viewing it, those graphics won't get fetched and the page background and title block will look pure white (unless those two graphics are still in your browser cache at the time). Notice of any remaining errors will be appreciated. Praise the log.

FYI, for new readers, here's a more up-to-date list of canon stories sorted by in-story ending date. It's not as pretty as the above graphic timeline, but it provides a fairly holistic view of the stories.

...which doesn't change the posting-date shown by the forum code. On the one hand, you know where to get the latest, and the forum isn't loaded down with multiple iterations, of which only the latest is of other than archival interest. On the other hand, there's that date thing. Preferences?

Wouldn't mind a Meta-Event Timeline.

Explain, please? If it's something that can be tied to the calendar, it's doable. If it works out with a resolution of days, it'll be easy, otherwise there'll be some more coding involved.

I'm not quite certain what was meant by Meta Events, but... perhaps 'Breakfast Brawl', 'Boston Brawl' I II & III, 'Crystal Hall Closure', 'Halloween', 'Ninja Attack', ... ?

Until access to the site's front page is restored, the best place to look for update news is in these forums, in "Whateley Academy News", in Pipeline - Mark 3.

Right now, though, you should head over to the Authors Corner, where "VAMP" has been updated (Same URL, same name, same dates, just more posts containing the rest of the story, so the current timeline is still valid) and the Top Gear teaser has been added. And that's just the canon stuff.

@mrudat: You might have something there. Thanks.

Pretty much that since several stories post it by points of view.

Story might be concerning say...Ayla going through her Powers Testing while the Breakfast Brawl takes place as an event.

Um... is this awesome list still alive? I really used this when I first read the Whateley stories, so I didn't miss too much.

Kiai is still alive, right?
