The conclusion being... the number of people in Hawthorne who could be effective combat team members is kinda slim:

- Slab: OK, but he's the exception -- he could transfer to Twain if he wished.

Jumping on a thought from another thread, we've seen from his combat final that Slab has his powers pretty well under control. It's possible that Slab is actually officially the Hawthorne fixer, he just fronts for Thuban.

LuLou I've been wrong before, and I'll be wrong again. But I could be right this time.

That's a clever idea...won't work, but it's a great idea. <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_smile.gif" border=0 alt="Smile">

A mystic circle has to be unbroken. The rock and ice particles that make up Saturn's rings have no connection to one another.

It's just a matter of scale. A chalk circle appears unbroken with standard vision of a person standing but if you get down close it makes up just a series of chalk particles. So on the scale of Saturn it would appear to be a viable fairy ring.

I agree. Considering the amount of power one would need to pour into it to use it as summoning circle or something the little gaps between the rocks and dust won't really matter anymore.

Never think to have thought, since the thinking of thoughts is thoughtless thinking.
You think!
