If they have, it's likely that it's already illegal, or at least heavily regulated, since those at least in the story I remember seeing them in, were absurdly addictive.

Sounds like the tasps from Larry Niven's known space series.
And yes I'm sure it'll be illegal. Still there was that "Randiness Wave Generator" and it didn't seem to be the first of its kind either.

You will never be a devisor.

I was thinking and started to wonder if any of the devisors have created a remote inductive pleasure center stimulator. Great fun to run around campus and hit people with that. Make them spaz out from pleasure in the quad or crystal hall. Like having a giant orgasm right there in front of everyone.

That has probably already been done by mages, surely any mage that has played Shadowrun will have been tempted by two spells: Orgasm and its AoE version, Orgy.

Since Nocte's post had absolutely nothing to do in the Ayla and the Scientist thread, I'm responding here.
This is the list of the top 5 martial arts too cool to exist, for those who don't have the context. Let's see how bad it'd be for Toni to see each one of those.
#4 is supposed to be the Klingon martial art, but it's actually just various generic martial arts practiced by a guy in costume. This is a hodge podge of various MA with no unity or logic, since they just go with whatever MA the fight choreograph of this episode is familiar with.
Mixing various well-known MAs is something Toni already does.
#3 is "generic muyai thai practiced while dressed like a girl and wearing makeup", and given that Toni usually fight dressed like a girl while wearing makeup, that's just muyai thai.
Chances are she already heard of that, so nothing for her to see here either.
#2 is actually a martial art that's too cool to exist for real (unlike the previous two) but it is basically "karate + chaka chaka bang bang", which is something Toni already uses.
So nothing for her to get excited about here either.
#1 is not even a martial art (let alone "cool" or "awesome") but rather a maneuver (of limited effectiveness) that can be done by most Exemplars 2~3.
If she sees this, she might add one move to her repertoire, but one that is much tamer than many of her current ones, so nothing to worry about.
Finally, #5 are the gun katas from Equilibrium. Which is indeed very much awesome, and completely impossible.
And yes, we should be very afraid of Toni ever deciding to learn tricks from that movie.

Excerpt from Author "daniel-gudman's" story, "Spying no Jutsu" set in an alternate version of the Naruto universe.
OMAKE: BORING
Most people didn't know it, but using Tsukiyomi was boring. Yeah, using an illusion to make someone suffer unspeakable torments for three days was pretty kick-ass, but it got old awful quick. And since Itachi had to be right there, controlling everything, it felt like three days for him, too. That's why using the eye was dangerous... psychosomatic sleep exhaustion.
Take right now, for example.
"For the next 72 hours, I will pierce your flesh with this katana," he'd said. It'd been the coolest thing he'd gotten to say, like, all week.
Shit. It had only been 10 minutes, and Itachi was already bored.
Only 71 hours and 49 minutes left, now. Itachi held back a sigh.
OMAKE: UNEXPECTED LINE
"For the next 72 hours," Itachi intoned, "I will slap you with this trout."
What is it that each person "really" wants?
And what is it that each person "really" needs?

This is in relation to the June 15, 2012 Girl Genius page. If Tarvek doesn't end up with a constant wasp weasel shoulder pet, I will be very very disappoint.
And yes, I know I'm using bad English.
