Sam is a qualified sniper and was a sniper instructor. I believe Gunny Bardue is a qualified drill instructor.
On Devices and Devises; they have no KI. Chaka is a master at manipulating, seeing, and understanding KI.

| Five Elements Dancing - Water | Toni moved around Tennyo with a swing. Dyffud moved inside her punch and nailed Toni in the chest and stomach with attacks. Again, Toni was
tangled up with Tennyo due to a throw. Dyffud slid back and stood there in the same position that the sparring match had started in, looking peaceful and unruffled after that flurry of motion. "Very good. You are both very skilled and Toni, I am impressed with the way you used your chi to augment your speed. Nicely done."
"Uh... okay?" responded Toni, who wasn't sure what was going on. Chou and Nikki said that he was good, but she hadn't expected someone that large to be faster than her.

This section reminds of something my brother said about his successive cats. Apparently, every male cat he's ever had eventually started testing who was the dominate being in the relationship...
...so he developed this game, test thingy
He would dart in his hand to tap them on the nose and dart it back out again. Then he'd wait for them to be ready for him and do it again, darting his hand in and out before they could get their paw swinging...
...then he'd do both hands and tap them twice...he kept upping the pace until they gave up and walked away to go hide...
...apparently all three cats got this "not fair" expression on their face when they realized that he was bigger, stronger and a whole lot faster than them.
Granted, he was fast enough that people in one of our later amtgard chapter thought he was amazingly fast during the period that he was seriously holding back because going full out would dislocate his shoulder...
then he got his first repair surgery on his shoulders....
still, even holding back, he's a hell of lot faster than his cats
the fact that Chaka identifies herself as a leopard made this even more amusing

So I realized something: Toni is better than anyone at anything she sets her mind to, so when she finally fails, it's going to be legendary, which probably means it will be a noodle incident. I think it will be relationship related, but you never know.

Is that tattoos or is her flesh transluscent? Chaka wouldn't be caught dead wearing that, it's tasteless. She might try to convince someone else to wear that sort of thing, though.

She must have gotten some of Ayla's serum by mistake to have grown those breasts. Good thing she is an exemplar otherwise she would be in constant back pain.

That outfit certainly doesn't offer much in the way of protection or armour value. It certainly would have a very high distraction factor though!
