Hey, folks.
I swear that I keep coming and going from the community, but I think that I should be more stable for the foreseeable future, as I'm closing in on graduation.
So, what's up in the Whateley woods these days?

When were you last on? We've had disasters but things are looking up, Dr. Bender is posting stories again, after a for some reason not, writer's block or something, Heather's recovering from surgery and is not in the mood to write, There's more, but I can't be sure I've got the details right and so will refrain from talking anymore right about now.

Welcome back. We've got stories back in the regular arena, but we still don't have all the 'Authors Corner' material back to normal and webified and fully linked. Yet. So you need to read everything in the Authors Corner that's been posted since last August.
Ayla is in the middle of the first week of spring term.
Bender has just unleashed the first chapter for a new character.
Loose Cannons are firing on all cylinders.
Anna had the very first spring term story.
Saks and Violence finally had their big finale.
Heather and EE and Drunkfu are also working away on stuff.
Also, RL happened: last year the site crashed, Bob Arnold (our site owner and sysadmin) died, we nearly lost the hardware, kind folks rescued us, and then it was impossible for us to upload stuff for a while until they fixed some glitches. Since then, EE had oral surgery and Heather grew a rock garden in her kidneys.
Also, today's catchphrase is "Vot in the dumboozle iz de matter vit hyu?"
Diane
"WHO has deactivated my BEAUTIFUL frogs?"

About equal good news and bad, then.
I was actually on as recently as February, but I was only a little involved at that point, and then I promptly disappeared.
Your college capstone course will do that to you. XD

I wouldn't call it 'equal', no good news can offset a death.

Oh, well, that's true.
I guess I was mostly commenting on things that had happened since February. Sorry if I appeared insensitive. >.<
