Interesting MID for Miki, and while Imp almost certainly won't be allowed once she attains adulthood, it'll do for her teen years (although good luck to whoever tries to work out her legal age!)

As for strengths / weaknesses, it's always a good idea to underplay your strengths and amplify your weaknesses; or state them in such vague terms they look meaningful but in reality are almost meaningless.

However, I would have thought her horns were about half the height they're shown at on that render, and it also loses the pseudo horns her hair tends to be arranged in.

Perhaps experiment with hand drawing her - after all, since the rest of the pictures aren't photo-realistic...

If you've got an image editor that allows layers, put that render on as a background layer, then draw on the top layer, so you achieve some kind of hybrid between the realistic style of the render and the cartoony style of the rest of your illustrations.

Meanwhile, it'll be interesting to see what information you write on Jack's MID Smile

I considered drawing a pic for the card, but decided to use screenshots of my Second Life avatar instead. Lazy option, and yeah, it's not quite accurate - I never found suitable 'nub' horns, for one thing. I'll post a cartoon version, and see how it looks.

If it's better, wouldn't it be worse?
ID photos are supposed to be bad.

Ooh yes! Smile That's far better at capturing the essence of Miki Smile

[EDIT 13th May] Meanwhile, after noticing where the images were hosted, I've added yet another comic to my reading list. Given it started back in 2006, I think I've got a bit of catching up to do...

So far, I've read through Year 1, and the Year 2 preview shows a trio of vaguely recognisable faces... Very Happy

[EDIT 12:20pm] Must. Stop. Reading. Got up to 2010, and Miki's début was priceless! Smile

[EDIT 13:45] Got up to 2011 now. Apparently Doomshield can conjure up new wigs on demand...

Doomshield's crazy blonde hair is a wig. Her 'human' guise has the brown bob. I love Doomshield. Sooo tempted to bring her into a future ep of my fanfic. Wink

Yeah, it's probably far too late to nitpick, but...

19 Aug 2010 - Doomshield with natural hair, clothes being destroyed
02 Sep 2010 - clothes being swept away
16 Sep 2010 - obtained a wig and a replacement top (or retrieved it)
23 Sep 2010 - but the original wig is still on Eustace

Doomshield would be fun to bring in - either as herself or as a WU-native version. Then again, most of the cast would be highly entertaining if they suddenly found themselves in WU. Verity would probably be the most miffed, given that as she'd no longer be goddess of her environment, would she be anything more than baseline?

Ah, I see where you mean. After the red jacket got cut away, the fortress goons gave her a new wig along with the sexy-version of her hero costume.

Verity's story is complex. I'm not gonna go there Surprised

Oh, but hey, thanks for reading! Very Happy

Just thought: I assume Miki's legal age is going to be in the region of 18+.

Imagine if she'd appeared on WU Earth with a legal age of, say, 14-16, and thus eligible to attend a certain boarding school. Somehow I think Liz Carson would be (metaphorically) tearing her hair out by the end of Day 1. Especially given all the antics she got up to before arriving on WU Earth...
