Well, if he's regularly cross-dressing to classes, either the bullies are scared of him or he's ignoring them.
If you thing a bit, since he was out of the closet anyway, it's probably *best* for him if he takes the bull by the horns. If everybody knew he was a cross-dresser and he chose to hid back in the closet, bullies would see it as weakness and pounce on it.
The way it is, they have a much harder time: he DOES have a scary power, so physical bashing is not an option, and at this point his answer to verbal abuse would be "Yeah, I like girl clothes, and MY GIRLFRIEND likes it too, what's your point?"
Don't call me Shirley. You will surely make me surly.

| That's not really true. His power can't really be used to hurt other. It's either nothing, or it goes all the way to murder.
Now he can use his power to do things other than hurt people (like removing their clothes) but even that is still in the "destruction of private property" category.

Hmm... there is that, but I suspect that he may well appear on the UV list under 'provoke enough and die'.
I don't think he has quite enough control yet, to say, remove a regen's finger (an annoyance), rather than removing them entirely.
On the other hand, he does have the threat of by far more final violence than most people would care to consider facing, and, short of getting Hamper or Damper involved, is impossible to disarm.

"Officer, he destroyed my clothes".
"What clothes? And are you aware you are naked?"
"He destroyed them, officer. Arrest him!"
"Do you have any proof? I mean, apart from just trying to avoid a charge of indecent exposure?"
I can see that going down several ways...
Have Fun!

| Last we heard of he was entirely incapable of annihilating part of an item. It was either all or nothing.

Actually he was able to disintegrate part of an object in a training section, than he got depressed over his power and lost the control, resulting in the complete obliteration of the object, maybe he has better control now that he is out of the closet and has a girlfriend.

Also, when pushed over he disintegrated part of the floor, rather than all of it.
| Quote: | Lost in his thoughts, Adriane was tripped. He hit the ground hard; however his hands, that had tried to catch his fall, vaporized sections of the floor instead of stopping him.

Or the whole building, or the North American continent, or... It seems clear that the potential is there and it's just a matter of control.

That could also just be the fact that he's not powerful enough to disintegrate anymore than that much ground. He's already absurdly powerful without having the best supervillain doomsday weapon in existence at/being his fingertips.

I thought he just liked dressing as a girl, and that he wasn't actually TG. I can tell that it was a joke, but just making sure.

Whoa! This is Whateley, not DC. (Why do I feel the need for a '300' parody now? This! Is! WHATELEY!!!)
He can disintegrate a very limited amount. For example, he couldn't disintegrate an entire Volkswagen Beetle. A person? Definitely.

Oh, there's a scene that just popped in my mind, Gotterdammerung (and Sunshine) in New York guests of Jadis (don't know the reason) and the Cadet Crusaders giving Jadis another whack (or at least trying), Ultramess swings that damn hammer at Gotterdammerung and gets it disintegrated, Gryphon jumps in to help him and gets her power frame partially disintegrated leaving her a sitting duck.
