And Sunbeam is back up to where we were. Here's hoping we get to move forward again soon.

*hugs Beyogi* After you asked so nicely, how could I not?

Story should be back up to speed now. Part nine is written, pending completion of images. Part ten is partly written, hope to finish that this weekend.

As before, if anybody wants to see pics of any particular scenes or characters from the story, let me know and I'll scribble something up. Surprised

I'm liking how events are developing, I found it particularly amusing that while Miki is immune to Holy Water, her clothes are not apparently.

It's possible that while her body is made from mortal flesh, her manifested matter is being summoned from a hell-dimension. Alternatively, the effect could be entirely psychological.

Either way, dumping a ton of the stuff on her is likely to leave you with a naked, angry imp.

Well I can see it ^^ Pissed of Miki attacks cleric who wants to banish her because he dissolved her clothing.

Awesome story, but I guess there will be trouble with the devil expert.

Thank you for writing, I can't wait for the next chapter.

Lol nobody commented?

Well, Sunbeam is even more fucked up and psycho than we knew... I guess she was a h1 member before she manifasted or someone fucked up her psyche after.
I wonder if there will be a fight between mikisha and sunbeam. I sure hope so Very Happy

The good devil vs the evil mutant of the light ^^ What a combination.

Thank you for this great new chpater.

Seems to me that the mirror scene at the end just screams 'rapid and unwelcomed MtF transit'.

...Would also fit with the rather intense power display against the would be mugger/rapists...

(Remember, the more powerful the mutant, the bigger the change to the person. That's one reason why TK is so much more powerful than the norm...)

Have Fun!

Hm... I figured she was just the ordinary female psycho mutant and not a genderbend MtF transformee with the clichéd "plz dear mugger rape me" aura.
She killed one of her own minions, in the hospital after he got beaten up on a job for her. I don't think she needs to be a involontary genderbend person to go vulcanic on muggers/rapists.

Btw. sheesh mikisha, did you really need to use the rape trope? That is so overused in TG-fiction, that I can only groan when I read it Sad
About the rapes... Is that really that worse in the US with the rapes, or is it the same as in germany, that they use statistics by femininsts who feel raped every time a guy looks at the boobs first and then at the face?

Whether under or over reported, or falsified, or ignored, rape statistics are never accurate.

Between feminists who think every man is a rapist, to men who think all women want it, to everyone else, there will never be an agreement as to how often rape actually occurs.

However, rape by strangers is known to be less common than rape by a friend or family member.

Soon after, the blood of the innocents would rain down from the Cradles, all at the hands of a single Links. One who will be the greatest monster mankind has ever seen, taking more lives than any other in history.

I'm well aware of the overused rapey-trope in TG-fiction, but seriously, where does my story mention or imply rape? Those guys were just muggers, opportunists who'd be equally happy to attack either gender.

The guys made no overtly sexual gestures, said nothing sexual, I haven't even said thay they gave her an appraising glance. They could have been a group of gay blokes, for all you know.

I think this is a case of 'in the eye of the beholder'. If you're expecting it, or looking for it, then that's what it looks like. I'm sorry if it's put anybody off the story, there was no rapey-vibe intended in that scene.

Lol ok, I guess it was my imagination then... I guess I just assumed it was another rape scene, because in TG fiction a girl can't go through a dark alley without a rape attempt. Someone needs to write a parody about this ^^

Sorry I interpreted this wrong, I just reread it, and well, my expectations were at fault Rolling Eyes

Thank you for writing, I can't wait for the next chapter...
