Remember, this is the girl that you sent the Rape Squid and Dildo Viper after!

I would have thought Sara would have enjoyed those. Something to play with before eating.
not to mention:

carnivorous cross-trainers after? The radium-impregnated black widow spiders? The Killer Kudzu? The acidic fungus? The mock shoggoth? The Ebola impregnated soap?

The whole basic concept of Jobe's original idea...have Sara remove all the Drow cells from his body leaving only the normal human ones. Didn't Jobe give any thought to the number of gapping holes that would leave in his body and general cellular structure?
Among other things he'd lose an eye, and that's only the beginning. It would strip away skin, bone structure (the chin, etc), and Sara only knows how much of his nervous system and organ tissue. This has to be one of the dumbest ideas on record.
I can't imagine Sara not pointing this out to him, an idea this dumb from a supposed genius practically demands comment.

Sorry, there was a bit of a glitch in the release schedule and you've just received massive spoilers for the next Jobe story. Try to pretend that you didn't read them.

Jobe discussion| dpragan wrote on Mon, 09 February 2009 09:32 | That's another reason I don't think that is how it really went down, then again Jobe and Sara might have been in a situation perhaps against Counterpoint or a Voodoo wolves where Jobe managed to save Sara at a horrid cost.
Then again, it might have been part of a peace deal that he was fully aware of.
|
Sara vs. Voodoo wolves? More snacks her way. Counterpoint? I'd say he'd have to mimic Tennyo at the very least to handle Sara. So I don't think those could be the cases. Maybe another Goober attack? I mean, she's a GOO after all, special weapons are needed to deal with her even on a temporary basis.
As for the peace deal, Jobe likely put a notion in the contract that IF injuries he'd sustain in purging would be too severe to survive (like, maybe lobotomy or something) measures would be taken to NOT continue with the process. And since my memory has thrown at me a piece of trivia like: | Quote: | Human's brain requires more than 25% of nutrition human body receives overall, and it weights AT MOST 2% of human body mass
|
It is likely that his brain was faster to realign itself to Drow cells than most of his other body, except maybe for injuries. So she likely contacted his mind and told him that and he was forced to make a Sadistic Choice - to become a "vegetable" or to become a 100% Drow female.
Sorry, Babs. Been writing the message when you posted yours.

Eh. I don't think of them as spoilers. I think of them as massive hints to whet the appetite.
Besides, the _stories_ are fun, not just how each ends.

Jobé, rather than Jobe.

Sure, why settle for just inviting the 'Yo, babe' puns and nicknames when you can draw them a map as well?
