I just thought about an interesting way Jade could develop her powers.
We all know that she can put more energy into one of her clones to make them either stronger or last longer. What if she learned how to put less energy? For most (except Tennyo ...) being able to use a weaker version of the power is not very useful, but think about what he'd mean for Jade! Most of her tricks take nowhere near 2 hours, and most of the things she animates are nowhere near her weight limit. So instead of animating the Kitty Compact for a charge and the missiles for another, she could spend an half charge on each (or if she had more control on how she can weaken the charge and no energy is wasted, she could do both for about a tenth of a charge!).
Instead of sending a spyspeck to scout, she could send a couple dozens at once! Less if she has to cut into duration or can't weaken her charge below a certain point, but it would still be useful.

Interesting idea, and your right it could be very useful, but what if that is what she is already doing. what if she is becoming more efficient by using the same static amount of power she used to create her original Jinn to create the whole J team.
I wonder if she can charge more into a spy speck not to make it last longer or get stronger but to have more powerful senses, because the smaller the item she is connected to the less visibility she has.
and though she has a control area of 6ft could she help animate the giant robot by charging the different parts then joining the charges, effectively using her charges to overcome the structural weight issues.
I ask these two things because they are somewhat related to her breaking down or adding to her charges.
For the giant thing to happen in a story there would have to be something really bad going on and she would have to need it but I think it might work, as long as the stress control is not over her max weight for a charge at that time.
She could even work with the other devisers saying that she is strapping some dynamic field stabilizers onto the stress points. They would still have to drive the Giant like normal but she could try to hold it together.
I still want to see what would happen if she tried to perfect her possession ability,
I'm not sure it was the other girls (Drawing a blank, just got up) Avatar ability that made the possession possible. I mean sure she can control a body but that is not a true possession, She is usually just moving there surface.
I want to see what happens if she tries to become that spec of energy on her own skin then goes into herself and spreads out into her heart, lungs, brain, and other body parts and truly tries to posses herself.
I have a theory (it's probably wrong) that Jade is a physical shapeshifter, but she has a mental trauma that keeps her from changing, this creates the static double image in her BIT keeping her in the state she was when she was traumatized. But Jinn does not have that issue, so if one night while Jade was asleep Jinn possessed her would she be able to shapeshift into herself? (IK Jade and pronouns don't mix)
I also think the surgeries that she is going through are not working, she has breasts because she thinks she should, they set her up mentally to think she would develop them and created an emotional trigger she could not ignore and that caused her breasts to change. and the other surgeries are physically cutting into her but I think SHE is keeping them in place, they are walking her through shapeshifting herself.
This could also explain why she kept the regeneration after the BIT Slicer, it was a power that supported her natural abilities, so she didn't as much gain it as awaken it.
Even if she does not get her BIT fixed, with this look at her power she could charge one of her other selves with a set form into her skin, then have them possess her causing her to change into that form (except Gargoyle) She could even supercharge that self to gain super strength, flight and Minor invulnerability. In the end using Jinn like Megs uses her PK field, to force her body to get used to a certain form, but in Jade's case it would probably be more malleable.
I doubt she could gain new powers this way because I don't think she is a Mimic but she could possibly grow new limbs or change size. possibly even split in two (VERRRRRRRY far fetched) if she could change fast enough, but I would not risk that one.

Not really, no. Her power and duration increases regularly, instead of decreasing.
